After going over the current rotations for asset classes and sectors, Julius uses the Equal Weight sectors to update and gauge the current position of the market in relation to the economic cycle. Since December things seem to have shifted more towards the full recovery phase which aligns with a market-top moving towards a bear market. Given the fact that the current uptrend is still visible for the S&P500 we are not there yet but underlying rotations and especially the strength of defensive sectors, suggests that things are shifting.
